    Vietnamese Grilled Chicken NoodleNuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce)

    Yield: 2-4 servings


    • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 1 gallic clove ..... minced
    • 1 teaspoon fresh red chile pepper ..... minced

    Cooking Directions

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar completely. Serve in one or more small condiment bowls.

      Store in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
